Abby's First Day of Preshool

I can't believe my little baby is growing up. Today was her first day of preschool! I was sad and excited to see her go. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall to see how she was doing and if she was being good and all that. It's hard to let her grow up sometimes. When I picked her up she came running yelling "mommy, mommy, it's my mommy!" I was glad she at least missed me. When I asked her what she did, she simply said "I don't know" Ahhh, I wanted to scream! I missed 2 1/2 hours of her life and I want to know what she did and all she says is "I don't know". I guess I'm going to have to get used to that.
Abby wanted to bring this green flower that her Uncle Clark gave her to preschool but I convinced her that she should wait for show and tell. I bet Uncle Clark doesn't know how cool this flower is!
This is a face I thought daddy would like. She was just letting me know she was done taking pictures. Typical Abby with the "scrunch face"

Ludlow Family Reunion

We had a Ludlow Family Reunion in Midway, UT over Labor Day weekend. We all stayed in Ty and Heather's cabin and enjoyed each other's company all weekend.

4 generations; Great Grandma Elna, Grandma Jane, Mommy Lisa, and Baby Will
The three year old squad hanging out on the top bunk and playing down in the basement (ponies, barbies, and the matching game) Cate, Abby, and Ali
Sydney and Clark
Beat up on Uncle Andy time! The kids loved rough housing with Clark and Andy. All the kids got a turn beating them up.

Abby and Ali wearing matching night gowns. This was not planned, they just happend to have the same one and wore them on the same night.

Eva and Will, the 2 babies of the family.

We went to the Alpine slides, played games, had great food, the men played golf and the women got to do a little shopping. We are looking forward to our next Reunion in 2009.

Mount Rushmore

On our way home from Wisconsin we stopped and visited Mount Rushmore. Abby called it the "face mountain".

We also drove through Yellowstone which was so beautiful. We wish we could have spent more time there.
